4:22 -- 200 57th St., aggravated harassment. Darlene E. Wall said a man called for her 10-year-old daughter, saying the girl owed him for four months back rent.

4:40 -- Whirlpool Bridge, arrest. Terry D. Searcy of Chicago, Ill., charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

4:45 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Maurice L. Brown, 33, of Linwood Avenue, charged with petit larceny.

5:25 -- 2433 Cudaback Ave., larceny. Alice L. Wooten said a man stole a gold watch, a gold rope necklace and a gold ring with 18 settings from her dresser.

5:25 -- 8506 Krull Parkway, arrest. Gary L. Woodruff, 34, charged with endangering the welfare of a child and menacing.

6 -- 302 Rainbow Blvd. North, criminal mischief. Matthew Corah of Hamburg said three youths threw rocks at his car while he was parking it on a ramp, breaking the windshield.

7:17 -- 18th Street and Michigan Avenue, theft of service. Cheryl Tifft, a driver for LaSalle Taxi, said two men she drove from Niagara Falls to North Tonawanda and back didn't pay the $34 fare.

7:25 -- 500 20th Street, arrest. Michael D. Kirker, 25, of Niagara Falls Boulevard, charged with failure to pay a fine.

8:05 -- 1700 Main St., petit larceny. Susan P. Gorbach of Lewiston Road, Lewiston, said someone stole a cellular telephone from her car.

8:15 -- 10200 Niagara Falls Blvd., harassment. Anthony E. Hunt of 62nd Street said a car being driven by a teen-age boy with three other teens inside drove erratically and cut him off, nearly causing a collision. One of the teens said he had a gun, Hunt said.

8:37 -- 3307 Ely Ave., petit larceny. Steven M. Benn said someone stole 25 cassette tapes with a black leather carrying case and a designer sports jacket from his car.

9:40 -- 526 18th St., petit larceny. Kevin S. Gordon of Niagara Street said someone stole his bicycle from a friend's porch.

9:45 -- 1512 Pierce Ave., arrest. Kevin P. Lafreniere, 38, charged with obstructing governmental administration and violation of a conditional discharge from jail.

10:22 -- 2209 Pierce Ave., arrest. Byron F. Paynter, 19, of Wyoming Avenue, charged with disorderly conduct.

11:30 -- 1519 Niagara Ave., arrests, Perkil "John" Coleman, 48, charged with assault; Genita Lowery, 34, of South Avenue; and Sherina R. Harper, 21, of Pierce Avenue, each charged with criminal mischief, after Joseph Ungaro said the two women damaged a door of his tenant, Coleman.

4:27 -- 19th Street and Ferry Avenue, arrest. Carol F. Fiori, 35, of Licata Drive, Town of Niagara, charged with failure to appear.

5:24 -- 19th Street and Ferry Avenue, arrest. Michelle A. Mayes, 21, of Niagara Street, charged with loitering for the purpose of prostitution.

6:26 -- Rainbow Bridge, arrest. Michael A. Kennedy, 29, of Houston, Texas, detained for Houston police.

8 -- 2630 North Ave., criminal mischief. Kristin Markant of 84th Street said someone slashed three of her car's tires.

8:25 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Kevin B. Black, 38, of Buffalo charged with two counts of failure to appear.

8:35 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Angel M. Yancey, 21, of Lafayette Avenue, charged with harassment.

8:50 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. John J. Baldasara, 39, of A Street, Cayuga Village, charged with assault.

10:33 -- 4835 University Court, arrest. Dennis R. Streeter, 27, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended auto registration, and driving without insurance.

10:45 -- 453 16th St., criminal mischief. Dianna M. Richards said a man scratched a threatening message on her car.

10:50 -- 1630 Main St., larceny. Sylvester Houser of 12th Street said someone stole his bicycle.

11:55 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. William J. Sharples, 18, of Daniel Drive, North Tonawanda, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

11:58 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Joseph L. Leturgey, 28, of South Transit Road, Lockport, charged with violation of a conditional discharge from jail.

12:23 -- 8272 Bollier Ave., criminal mischief. A neighbor said someone damaged a window and two shutters on a home owned by James E. Babcock.

2 -- 1700 block of Pine Avenue, larceny. Donna P. Gratto said someone broke into her car and stole a videotape and a radio.

2:30 -- 2951 North Ave., criminal mischief. Jeffrey A. Cararella said someone slashed two tires on his car.

3:15 -- 549 Fourth St., larceny. Dr. Hee K. Choi said a woman took his prescription pad and tried to get drugs.
