The Boston Town Board Wednesday received a letter from Glenn McKillen, who warned the town to stay off his property, contending board actions are unconstitutional and threatening to take the board to federal court.
McKillen's letter was in reference to a recent inspection of his Zimmerman Road property because of property code violations he has allegedly ignored.
Supervisor Richard L. Kennedy said: "Although the minor cleanup has been initiated, there still exist violations regarding the dump truck, a truck body, two cars, some lumber, and oil tanks. Nothing has been done to the house foundation or roof and it still remains an unsafe building."
McKillen will be ordered to report to the board on Nov. 4 with an attorney if he wants to answer charges that have been placed against him and his property.
