YOUTH ACCUSED OF TOSSING BRICK THROUGH STORE DOOR
A teen-ager described as a dissatisfied customer heaved a brick through the front door of a Niagara Street delicatessen Tuesday night, injuring another customer, Downtown District police said.
The 17-year-old youth told officers he didn't like the taste of some juice he bought at the Water Front Mini Mart, 259 Niagara St. The youth threw a brick through the top half of the glass door, police said, resulting in a head injury to a 70-year-old woman.
The unidentified customer was taken to Buffalo General Hospital for treatment of a large cut. Her condition was not available.
Officers Colonel Chaney and Gregory Kwiatkowski charged Jermel Seymour, who gave a Sweet Avenue address, with assault and criminal mischief.
