A former employee of the Cattaraugus County Job Placement Center accused of stealing more than $4,000 worth of computer goods pleaded innocent Tuesday in Cattaraugus County Court.

Adam P. Allen, 23, of Central Square in Oswego County, pleaded innocent to charges of third-degree grand larceny, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He is accused of stealing a computer and computer programs valued at over $3,000 from Cattaraugus County on Oct. 2, 1995, and more than $1,000 in goods from Radio Shack in Allegany between December and March.

In other cases before Judge Larry M. Himelein, Bradley R. Comstock, 23, of Fredonia and Ronald J. Kuhaneck, 27, of Little Valley each pleaded innocent to charges of driving while intoxicated.
