Pennsylvania state police at Warren said they arrested 36 of more than 100 people at a teen-age drinking party in Lander Saturday night.

The 36 were charged with underage consumption or purchase of alcohol. Of 20 suspects between the ages of 18 and 20, whose names were released, 16 were from Jamestown and one was from Ashville.

Ages for the others arrested were 15, 16 or 17.

Troopers said organizers collected $3 from each party-goer to pay for beer. Four kegs of beer were confiscated from the party scene on Ludwick Road, not far from the New York state line.

Robert Michishima, 19, of 33 Broadhead Ave., Jamestown, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Chautauqua County sheriff's officers and New York State Police assisted in the investigation.
