5:45 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Carnell Burch, 23, of Hyde Park Boulevard, charged with failure to pay fines and assault after Angle M. Yancey said he slammed her against the wall of the Target Store, 7414 Niagara Falls Blvd.
6:31 -- Portage Road and Ferry Avenue, arrest. Joseph Sims Jr., 33, of Portage Road, charged with petit larceny.
6:31 -- 7914 Niagara Falls Blvd., harassment. Marissa A. Miller said a woman hit her in the face.
7:30 -- 4600 Hyde Park Blvd., Monteagle Ridge Estates, criminal mischief. Lacey Lawrence said a group of children pried off a door to utility boxes on the side of the building and turned off the lights.
8:12 -- 2223 Welch Ave., arrest. Lawrence E. Dayer, 37, charged with assault after a woman said he slammed her back into a wall.
8:55 -- 1055 Cleveland Ave., arrests. Curtis E. Ralands, 22, of Whitney Avenue, and Eric D. Santiago, 25, of Main Street, charged with burning marijuana in public.
9:10 -- 17th and Niagara streets, arrest. Sabrina J. Kuna, 19, of 15th Street, charged with prostitution.
9:36 -- Whirlpool Bridge, arrest. Richard C. Jarrett, 40, of Duquesne, Pa., charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.24 percent.
10:25 -- 19th Street and Elmwood Avenue, arrest. Rashawn P. Simpson, 22, of Michigan Avenue, charged with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
12:01 -- 427 10th St., burglary. Gerry Fuentes said someone kicked in his apartment door and took a TV and a TV/VCR combo unit.
12:40 -- 725 59th St., criminal mischief and larceny. Michael F. McCune said someone broke into his truck and took his CD stereo and 25 CDs.
2:55 -- 2119 Main St., burglary and petit larceny. Douglas K. Norman said someone broke into his apartment and took his TV, VCR and large duffel bag.
3 -- 7611 Buffalo Ave., Dockers Night Club parking lot, arrests. David J. Irwin, 25, of Brampton, Ont., and Paul C. Pouliot, 21, of Toronto, Ont., charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after David U. Macleod said they struck his vehicle, breaking the windshield and antenna, denting the door, and damaging the running lights. Irwin said Macleod tried to run him over, injuring his leg, but refused treatment.
5:10 -- Alley in the 1300 block between Willow and Linwood avenues, robbery. A United Taxi driver said a man in his cab threatened him with a wooden club, saying "This is a stick up," reached into his pocket and made off with $38.
6:20 -- 114 Buffalo Ave., attempted larceny. Charlene J. Acree of Ocala, Fla. said a man riding a bike tried to take her purse off of her shoulders, but was unsuccessful.
7 -- 10158 Niagara Falls Blvd., Goose's Roost Restaurant, criminal mischief. Chris Manzane said someone shattered the front door window.
11:35 -- Packard Court concession stand, burglary. James A. Needham of the Cataract Little Loop said someone broke into the concession stand and took about $200 worth of candy.
1 -- 501 73rd St., criminal mischief. James R. Chatterton said someone tried to take his car, damaging the frame, steering column and ignition.
2 -- 2709 McKoon Ave., grand larceny. Teddy R. Patronski said someone cut a lock off of a chain securing his equipment and made off with 11 painter's picks, two aluminum extension ladders and four aluminum step ladders.
3 -- 4700 Niagara Falls Blvd., Packard Court, menacing and assault. Alfonso Cirrito said a man kicked him in the face and displayed what appeared to be a small automatic handgun.
