A ticket exchange will be required for Frank Sinatra's April 16 concert in the Syracuse Onondaga County War Memorial.

Sinatra changed the seating plan because he prefers to perform theater-style, with the stage at one end of the arena, rather than the original in-the-round configuration. The singer requested the seating change.

All tickets can be exchanged at point of purchase through this Saturday. All exchanges will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Ticketmaster charge-by-phone orders will be automatically exchanged and mailed out to ticket buyers. For more information call 315-435-2121.
