U.S. government Chief of Protocol Molly Millonzi Raiser will be the featured speaker March 14 at the 34th annual Citation Dinner of the Buffalo Council on World Affairs.

Mrs. Raiser, a Buffalo native whose position in the Clinton administration carries ambassador status, will give a talk on "Protocol in Foreign Policy" during the 5:30 p.m. event in the Hyatt Regency Buffalo.

Citation Awards will be presented to Erie County Legislator Joan K. Bozer, D-Buffalo, and Donald P. Quinlan, chairman and chief executive officer of Graphic Controls, for their achievements "in fostering international understanding and awareness, and world peace."
