LEADERSHIP NIAGARA APPOINTS 4 NEW MEMBERS TO ITS BOARD

Four newcomers have been named to the 38-member board of directors of Leadership Niagara, a countywide community leadership program based in the Carborundum Center, 345 Third St.

New appointees announced by Mark E. Celmer, board chairman and president and chief executive officer of DeGraff Memorial Hospital in North Tonawanda, were:

Elizabeth M. Diachun of Youngstown, director of operations of Old Fort Niagara Association.

George M. Helfrich of Newfane, coordinator-consultant for the quality of work life program at the Harrison Division, General Motors Corp., Lockport.

Susan K. Hugill of Lockport, vice president and area manager for Niagara Falls Manufacturers and Traders Trust Co.

Gerald L. Miller of Getzville, president of Niagara County Community College.
