C.L. Van Arsdale will retire Monday as president and chief executive officer of Letchworth Independent Bancshares Corp., the parent company of the Bank of Castile.
Van Arsdale, who has been associated with the Bank of Castile for 44 years, will be succeeded as Letchworth's president and CEO by James W. Fulmer, who has been executive vice president of the holding company. Fulmer also has been named to the new position of vice chairman of the Bank of Castile.
Brenda L. Copeland, senior vice president and senior loan officer for the Bank of Castile, has been elected president of the bank.
