Norstar Bank has named Henry E. Brinkmann manager of its Angelica and Belfast branches. He joined the bank in 1985 as a regional collector and was promoted to supervisor of collections at the bank's Wellsville operations in 1988. Brinkmann then served as branch administrative officer in Olean and Southern Tier Administration. In 1989, he was named assistant manager of the Olean branch. He lives in Friendship.

Esposito, a mortgage-backed securities trader, is a graduate of Oswego State College and a resident of Williamsville. Ms. LaPenta is a secondary marketing operations manager for Goldome. She was graduated from Canisius College. She lives in Cheektowaga.
Ms. Lewandowski, a commercial loan origination manager, is also a Canisius College graduate. She resides in Hamburg. Ms. Midgley serves as a purchase loan control manager for Goldome. She is a graduate of Oakland University and a resident of Amherst. Ms. Wojnowski, an acquisition manager in Goldome's Portfolio Pricing and Transfers Department, lives in Cheektowaga.
Westwood-Squibb Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Bristol-Myers Squibb company at 100 Forest Ave., has promoted Paul J. Liptak to purchasing manager. He joined the company in 1986 as a buyer. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo and a master's degree from Canisius College.
