DRIVER PLEADS INNOCENT IN FATAL LOCKPORT ACCIDENT

A Lockport man accused of leaving the scene of a fatal accident without reporting it pleaded innocent to the charge Wednesday before Niagara County Judge Aldo L. DiFlorio.

Bail was set at $10,000 or $20,000 property for Anthony Szeliga, 28, of 321 Washburn St. He is accused of striking and killing Donald Phillips with his van Oct. 1 on Sunset Drive.
