The Small Business Development Center at Buffalo State College will host a conference for Third World economic development students entitled "Small Business in Western New York" at 9:30 a.m. in the Westbrook Hotel, 675 Delaware Ave. The program is part of a Mid-Winter Community Seminar Series sponsored by the U.S. Agency for International Development, which was created by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961. The theme of this year's seminar series is "Economic Development -- Growth Through Cooperation."
Bill Knoche of Integra Enterprises, an affiliate of Sandler Sales Institute, will conduct various workshops for salespeople in the Master Key Center, 5418 Main St., Williamsville. The first workshop, "No Guts, No Gain," will begin at 8 a.m. Call 648-2625, for further details.
