The Grand Island Builders Association has opted for a fall Show of Homes in 1991.
According to show chairman Chris Aronica, the show is scheduled for September in Woodstream Meadows Phase II (off of Baseline Road), developed by Robert Weaver.
Participating builders will reap the benefits of marketing exposure over a ten month period. Thus, most show homes may be pre-sold by the show date.
Advantages to the home buyer are equally attractive. In addition to substantial savings inherent in the purchase of a show home, early buyers will be able to customize their homes to fit their tastes and lifestyles.
Deadline for builders interested in participating in the show is December 30. Homes will be in the $140,000 to $200,000 price range.
Members meet regularly the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in Beaver Island Casino, located in Beaver Island State Park, Grand Island. Special upcoming meetings of the association include a trade show scheduled for March 1991 at the Grand Island Holiday Inn.
