I am so sick and tired of people complaining about the play (or lack of play) of the Sabres these days. Why do people even bother to write in and complain about hockey when they should be praising the Buffalo Bills. I don't care if the calender says it's December; this is Buffalo Bills season and they are having a tremendous year. Who the heck even cares about the Sabres?
I am sure that I speak on behalf of thousands of fans in Western New York when I say that we do not start to get excited about hockey until some time after the beginning of February. By then the Super Bowl has been played and the Pro Bowl has put us all to sleep. Then, and only then, is it the proper time to care what happens to the Sabres. Remember, it's an 80-game schedule. What occurs in October through January really doesn't matter anyway.
