WOMAN NOT GUILTY IN COCAINE CASE

Cheryl Josey, 32, of 1129 Oak Place, Niagara Falls, was cleared of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after a Niagara County jury deliberated 20 minutes Friday. The trial stemmed from an incident in Niagara Falls on May 9, 1989, involving alleged cocaine. Earlier, Judge Charles J. Hannigan, who presided at the trial, dismissed a charge of drug possession.
