TESTIMONY GETS UNDER WAY IN UNUSUAL TWO-JURY TRIAL

Testimony began Wednesday in the first dual-jury trial ever held in Genesee County Court.

Separate panels will hear evidence before Judge Glenn R. Morton in the murder-kidnapping trials of Joshua T. Rosner, 33, and Kevin J. Wynne, 22, both of Rochester.

They and Dorinda Schaub, 25, also of Rochester, were arrested in Rochester the day after the body of James R. Quick, 21, of Rochester, was found in a creek in Byron. Police said the man had been tortured before being handcuffed and thrown into the creek.

Both men are charged with three counts of second-degree murder, two counts of conspiracy and one count of kidnapping in the Labor Day 1989 slaying. Ms. Schaub's trial will follow.
