A 22-year-old man was the second victim in Saturday night's fatal fire at 716 Willow Avenue, according to Niagara County Coroner James M. Joyce.
Joyce said Wednesday he had positively identified the second victim as Darius M. Wilson of 1357 Michigan Ave.
Meanwhile, fire investigators today said they still are unsure whether the fire was deliberately set or accidental.
The other victim, William D. Noworyta, 33, of 716 Willow Ave., was under investigation for previous small fires on Oct. 6, Oct. 19 and Nov. 7 in the Niagara Manor Apartments on Spring Street, fire officials said. And Saturday night's fire broke out in his first-floor apartment.
However, Fire Prevention Chief Richard J. Shiah said today, "There's still a decent possibility that it was an accident.
Noworyta's funeral was held today.
