Niagara goes for its first sweep of St. Bonaventure since 1961-62 when the teams meet tonight at the Reilly Center in Olean (7:35, Radio 1440, 1450, FM 95.7.)

Niagara (1-5) won the first meeting, 94-73, Nov. 26 at the Niagara Falls Convention Center, but has looked bad in losing four straight to tough competition.

Inexperience and poor shooting are plaguing Niagara, which fell to Indiana and North Carolina-Wilmington over the weekend at the Indiana Classic.

Bona (2-4), which is 16-4 vs. Niagara in the Reilly Center, ended a four-game skid with a 94-77 win over Morgan St. Saturday.

Canisius has a big test Wednesday when it visits No. 3 Syracuse for an 8 p.m. game (Radio 930) in the Carrier Dome.

The Griffs have lost 14 straight to the Orange, including a 92-72 decision last year at Memorial Auditorium.

The University at Buffalo looks to extend its unbeaten streak to five tonight (8:00) when the Bulls (5-2) host Indiana University (Pa.) at Alumni Arena. On Wednesday, UB's men's and women's teams play a double-header against Albany, beginning at 6 p.m. at Alumni Arena.
