3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
6chicken breast halves on the bone, skinned
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Combine the buttermilk and Tabasco in a small pan. Combine the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and thyme on a plate.
Dip the chicken in the buttermilk mixture; roll in the sesame seed mixture. Place the chicken on a broiling pan; sprinkle with the salt, pepper and paprika.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 35 minutes, or until the chicken tests done. Run under a hot broiler briefly if more browning is desired.
