Private services for Donald D. Gregory, a Lockport native and associate engineer for the E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., were held Saturday in North Ridge Cemetery.
Gregory, 54, of Memphis, Tenn., died Wednesday (Dec. 5, 1990) in Fort Sanders Regional Medical Hospital, Knoxville, Tenn., after a brief illness.
He worked for Du Pont for 30 years at various locations in New Jersey, Delaware, Texas and most recently, Tennessee.
He was a chemical engineering graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Wilson Central High School.
He was a member of the church and choir of the Church of the River in Memphis.
Survivors include his wife, the former Georgina Gombert of Memphis; a son, David of Albuquerque, N.M.; a daughter, Laura Gregory of Memphis; his mother, Irene Gregory of Lockport, and two sisters, Sandra Dean and Shirley Urtel, both of Lockport.
