MARCH AT FEDERAL BUILDING PROTESTS BUILDUP IN GULF

About 50 people marched in front of the Federal Building on West Huron Street late Monday in opposition to a military solution in the Persian Gulf crisis.

"We deplore the massive buildup of U.S. troops, tanks and planes in Saudi Arabia," Frank Guglielmo said. "This signifies preparation for a "first strike."

The demonstration was organized by the Center for Justice and the Western New York Peace Center.

Guglielmo called for diplomacy through the United Nations and the League of Arab States.
