GERMAN MASS -- The annual German Christmas Mass at Canisius College will be held at noon Dec. 9 in Christ the King Chapel. The Very Rev. James M. GEORGE W. COLLINS JR. has been named the general chairman of "A Taste of Buffalo 1991." The annual food festival that takes place in downtown Buffalo has been scheduled for July 13-14. Maureen Rose and Frank Sardina are vice chairmen of the event. . . .
