Women's Committee of Amherst Symphony Orchestra will have a preview of the orchestra's Dec. 9 Christmas concert at 11:30 a.m. Monday in Harlem Road Community Center. Sarah Catlin, harpist, and Laurie Strong of Denny Dancers will perform. Jean Wood is program chairwoman.

Shirley S. Closson will sing excerpts from "My Fair Lady" at a Christmas buffet for Clarence Women's Club Monday at 6 p.m. in Clarence Town Park clubhouse. Marge Chase is chairwoman. Lillian Adrian, president, will conduct a candlelighting ceremony.

Wurlitzer Park Garden Club will have its Christmas dinner Monday at 6:30 p.m. in John's Flaming Hearth, Niagara Falls. Mary Lou Raymondo is chairwoman. Donations for "Toys for Tots" will be collected. Marjorie Heft, Jo Ellen Budnick and Elaine Zbieskowski are in charge of floral arrangements for the North Tonawanda Library where members will decorate a tree Wednesday at 1 p.m. Dr. Joseph Wincenc, conductor of Amherst and Orchard Park symphony orchestras, and Mrs. Wincenc will present a musical program at a luncheon for Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda Republican Women's Club Monday at 12:30 p.m. in Episcopal Church of the Advent.

"If the Shoe Fits, Wear It" is the theme of a slide show on wearable art and one-of-a-kind clothing to be presented at a luncheon for Buffalo Chapter, Brandeis University National Women's Committee, Wednesday at noon in Michael's Plum. Donna D. Maltony and Lori L. Lussiers, owners of the Boutique in Ashland Gallery, will present the program. Judy Lisch is in charge of arrangements.
