LOCKPORT SESSION IS SET ON FIREARMS LEGISLATION

Pending legislation aimed at restricting semi-automatic firearms, including recreational pieces, will be the subject of a meeting at 7:30 p.m. today in Niagara County Farm and Home Center, Lake Avenue, Town of Lockport.

Richard L. Robinson, a Cooperative Extension Service Association agent and president of the Niagara County Federation of Conservation Clubs Inc., said the subject of the session will be "How Will Proposed State and Federal Gun Legislation Affect Your Rights to Own Arms?"

The program is sponsored by the federation and the Shooters Committee on Political Education.
