VIRGINIA M. LOGAN, EUCHARISTIC MINISTER

A Mass of Christian Burial for Virginia M. Logan, 63, will be offered at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Infant of Prague Catholic Church, 921 Cleveland Drive, Cheektowaga. Prayers will precede the Mass at 9:30 in the Amigone Funeral Home, 569 Cleveland Drive, Cheektowaga. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheektowaga.

Mrs. Logan, of Cheektowaga, died Friday (May 26, 1989) after a brief illness in the Cleveland (Ohio) Clinic.

A Buffalo native, she became a Eucharistic minister at Infant of Prague Catholic Church in 1987, and was active in the church's Altar and Rosary Sodality. A member of the American Businesswomen's Association, she also belonged to the Cheektowaga Historical Society and, most recently, was the organization's photographer.

The former Virginia Persichini served on a citizens advisory board for the Walden Galleria mall.

Survivors include a daughter, Virginia Doran of Cheektowaga; three brothers, Silvy Persichini of West Seneca, Joseph Persichini of Depew and Anthony Persichini of Miramar, Fla.; a sister, Loretta Silvaroli of Lancaster, and two grandchildren.
