TEEN CHARGED IN SHOOTING FROM BICYCLE

Jerome Miller, 14, has been charged with felony assault for allegedly bicycling past another boy and shooting him, police said Sunday.

Miller was arrested Saturday at his mother's home in Harlem and charged as a juvenile in the Friday shooting of a 13-year-old boy in the Fordham section of the Bronx, according to Sgt. Diane Kubler. The victim, whose name was withheld, was in stable condition Sunday at Jacobi Hospital with a chest wound, according to administrator Marie Ankner.
