Currene Marie Grzankowski complemented her ensemble with her grandmother's diamond earrings when she became the bride of David Michalewski at 2 p.m. Saturday in Resurrection Catholic Church, Cheektowaga.
Mr. and Mrs. James Grzankowski of Cheektowaga are parents of the bride and Mrs. John Michalewski of West Seneca and the late Mr. Michalewski are the bridegroom's parents. A reception was given in Salvatore's Italian Gardens. The newly married couple will travel to Las Vegas, Nev., and in Florida.
Sposabella embroidery, lace and organza decorated the bride's satin gown, fashioned with a portrait neckline and puff sleeves with ruffles. The skirt ended in a cathedral train. A band of lace and pearl sprays held her scalloped veil. She carried roses, carnations, lilies of the valley and gypsophila.
