NOBEL ECONOMIST TO SPEAK AT UB

Theodore W. Schultz, the 1979 Nobel laureate in economics, will be the keynote speaker at a conference on "Human Capital and Economic Growth" Friday and Saturday, according to the Institute for the Study of Free Enterprise Systems at the University at Buffalo.

Schultz will speak at 8 p.m. Friday after a dinner in Marine Midland Center.
