The North Tonawanda Recreation Department is accepting registrations for its new summer Little People's Recreation Class.
The recreational program is open to city children aged 4 and 5. Activities are designed to encourage social interaction, cooperation, sharing and improvement of fine and gross motor skills. Activities will include arts, crafts, storytelling and outdoor games.
Two sessions will be held, a Monday and Wednesday class and a Tuesday and Thursday class, both from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Col. Payne Center playground beginning July 10 and running through Aug. 18.
Sessions are limited to 18 children on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is a $10 program fee.
