JAMESTOWN DRIVER FACES FOUR CHARGES

A Jamestown man faces several charges after a one-car accident Saturday night that police blamed on drunken driving.

James Amatuzzo, 33, of Barrett Avenue was eastbound on Route 430 about 8:30 p.m. when he lost control of his car, which hit a tree and overturned.

Amatuzzo was treated in WCA Hospital, Jamestown, and then released.

State police based at Falconer charged him with driving while intoxicated, driving at a speed not reasonable and prudent, failure to keep right, and failure to obey a traffic-control signal.

He is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court June 12.
